Are you getting married at Heinz Chapel or at Phipps Conservatory?
Great! These are two of the most beautiful wedding locations in Pittsburgh.
I have photographed many weddings in Heinz Chapel over the last 25 years. I am very familiar with the strict guidelines that Heinz Chapel requires of brides and their photographers.
Heinz Chapel allows one hour and forty-five minutes for each ceremony. Each wedding couple receives access to the chapel 45 minutes prior to the ceremony for preparation and the seating of guests. You have one hour for the ceremony and any photographs you would like taken after the ceremony (formals, etc.). I will work with you to make sure that your formal shots are taken in the chapel within the specified amount of time.
Know that Heinz Chapel is very strict in making sure that wedding participants leave on the scheduled departure time. You can relax about the timeline as, having worked in Oakland for many years, I know of several beautiful locations nearby Heinz Chapel that we can take photos after your ceremony, if desired or necessary.
Wedding ceremonies and receptions at Phipps Conservatory are a photographer’s dream! The beautiful surroundings, architecture, plants and flowers allow for gorgeous wedding images. I look forward to capturing beautiful images of you in this special place.
